Shipping Cost

We provide FREE SHIPPING throughout Peninsular Malaysia for orders above RM300.00. Anything below RM300.00 will be based on the shipping rate during checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery would normally be from stock. You should be able to receive your goods within 3 ~ 5 working days for local orders (May take longer during festive months).

** We are not responsible for any late shipment done by the shipping provider.

Packaging

All deliveries will be securely packaged, and should arrive in good condition. We take care to ensure that all shipments are packaged in the best possible materials however we regret to inform that we will not be responsible for any damages done by shipping provider.

Tracking Number

You will receive an email together with your tracking number once we ship out your parcel. Likewise, you can check the tracking number by logging into your account. Pls click on the order ID no. for details.

Please note

• We dispatch orders Monday-Friday.

• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

• We don’t deliver on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

• If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your order the next business day.

• Orders cannot be split and must be delivered to a single address.

• We do not offer International Deliveries.
